KartChing is a business software platform developed and operated by Eynvok Digital Pte. Ltd., providing software solutions for various industries, including retail, food & beverage, massage establishments and other service businesses.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") of Singapore.

1. Two Types of Personal Information

RegisterMEA handles two different categories of personal information.

Account Information

This refers to information relating to businesses using RegisterMEA (each, a "Merchant") and their authorised users.

Examples include:

• email address
• business information
• Massage Establishment Licence Number
• contact details
• account settings
• communications with us

Eynvok is responsible for managing this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Customer Information

This refers to information collected by a Merchant from its own customers through RegisterMEA.

Examples may include customer registration details and other information entered into the Service.

The Merchant decides why and how this information is collected and used.

Eynvok processes this information only on the Merchant's behalf as a service provider.

If you are a customer of a business using RegisterMEA, you should contact that business directly regarding your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• your name
• email address
• business name
• Massage Establishment Licence Number
• business address
• contact information
• account preferences
• support enquiries
• information you choose to provide during registration or while using the Service

We may also collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service, such as device information, IP address, login activity and system logs.

We do not currently collect or store payment card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use Account Information to:

• create and manage your account
• verify your business during registration
• provide and maintain the Service
• communicate with you about your account
• provide customer support
• improve the Service
• maintain the security and integrity of the Service
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Our infrastructure and service providers are based in Singapore, and personal information is not transferred outside Singapore in connection with the Service.

5. Customer Information Processed on Behalf of Merchants

Customer Information entered into RegisterMEA belongs to the Merchant.

The Merchant is responsible for determining the purpose for which Customer Information is collected and used.

Eynvok processes Customer Information only to provide and support the Service and in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.

If you are an individual whose information has been collected by a Merchant, requests relating to your personal information should generally be directed to that Merchant.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the Service
• comply with applicable laws
• resolve disputes
• enforce our agreements
• maintain appropriate business records

Where required by law, certain records may be retained for longer periods.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.

7. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Where a data breach involving personal information is assessed to be notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals within the timeframes required by law.
