Every licensed massage establishment in Singapore must keep a client register. For every client, before the massage or treatment starts, you record their full name, NRIC number (or passport number for a foreigner), nationality, and the date and time they arrived. You fill it in straight away. When they leave, you add the time they left. You keep the register for at least one year after the last entry you made in it. This covers massage and spa shops, foot reflexology, and TCM shops that hold the licence.每一家持牌的按摩院都必须保存一份客人登记册。每位客人，在按摩或治疗开始之前，你要记下他的全名、身份证号码（外国人则是护照号码）、国籍，以及到达的日期和时间。要马上填写。客人离开时，再加上离开的时间。登记册要在最后一次填写之后，至少保存一年。这适用于持牌的按摩店和水疗馆、足部反射区按摩店，以及中医馆。

You can't change an entry afterwards — crossing out and rewriting is treated as a false entry, which is a criminal offence. To fix a mistake, add a new line; don't erase the old one. No proper register means a fine of up to S$1,000, and your licence can be taken away.记录一旦填好就不能改——涂掉重写会被当作虚假记录，属于刑事罪。要更正错误，就另起一行；不要擦掉原来的。没有妥善的登记册，罚款最高 S$1,000，执照也可能被吊销。

A customer has to give their name, ID or passport number, nationality, and arrival time before you can treat them — you can't skip it, even for a regular. Those details stay in your register for at least a year, and an officer can ask to see it during an inspection.客人必须先提供姓名、身份证或护照号码、国籍和到达时间，你才能为他服务——就算是熟客也不能省。这些资料会在登记册里保存至少一年，官员在检查时可以要求查看。

Yes — Rule 9 requires it, so you don't need the customer's permission. But you must keep the numbers safe: lock them away, let only the staff who need them see them, don't leave them showing on a screen, and don't keep them longer than you have to. Do not photocopy or photograph the IC card — you may write down the number, not keep a copy of the card.可以——规则 9 有此要求，所以不需要客人同意。但你必须妥善保管这些号码：锁好，只让需要用到的员工查看，不要一直显示在屏幕上，也不要保存超过所需的时间。不要复印或拍下身份证——你可以记下号码，但不能保留证件的副本。

At least one year from the last entry. After that, the law says don't hold personal details longer than you need — so clear out or anonymise old records once there's no reason to keep them. Keeping the register on its own, separate from your other customer lists, makes this easy.从最后一次填写起，至少一年。之后，法律规定个人资料不应保存超过所需的时间——一旦没有理由再保留，就清除或匿名化旧记录。把登记册单独存放、跟其他客户名单分开，会让这件事简单很多。

Customers type their own details into a tablet when they arrive. The register fills itself in and stamps the time on every entry, so nothing can be altered afterwards. ID numbers are scrambled and hidden — a staff member can show one in full for an inspection, and every reveal is logged. Old records clear automatically on a timetable you choose, never sooner than the one-year mark.客人到达时自己在平板上输入资料。登记册会自动填好，并为每条记录打上时间戳，事后无法更改。身份证号码经过加密并隐藏——员工可以在检查时完整显示某一条，而且每次显示都有记录。旧记录会按你设定的时间表自动清除，但绝不会早于一年。
